Class B Felony Manufacturing/Delivering/Possession with Intent

Up to 25 years in prison + $5,000- $100,000

  • 100 grams- 1 kilogram of heroin
  • 100- 500 grams of cocaine
  • 10- 50 grams of crack cocaine
  • 5 grams- 5 kilograms of methamphetamines, or
  • 100 kilograms- 1,000 kilograms of marijuana

Class C Felony Manufacturing/Delivering/Possession with Intent

Up to 10 years in prison + $1,000- $50,000

  • 100 grams or less of heroin
  • 100 grams or less of cocaine
  • 10 grams or less of crack cocaine
  • 5 grams or less of methamphetamines, or
  • 50- 100 kilograms of marijuana
